WELCOME TO OUR SHITBOX RALLY ADVENTURE! Paul and I have officially signed ourselves up for the Shitbox Rally – Winter 2027, running from 18–26 June 2027.And because every questionable adventure needs a name, our team will be going under:"FUELISH BEHAVIOUR"More importantly, we’ll be doing it to raise as much money as we possibly can for the Cancer Council. That’s what this whole adventure is really about, and we’re hoping to get plenty of people behind Fuelish Behaviour along the way.The rally itself is beautifully ridiculous. We need to find a car worth no more than $1,500, and 4WDs are NOT allowed! We’ll be starting in Cairns and heading through Musgrave, Karumba, Hell’s Gate Roadhouse, King Ash Bay, Mataranka and Jabiru, before hopefully dragging our $1,500 masterpiece across the finish line in Darwin.Judging by the route, there’ll be plenty of corrugations, bulldust, dirt, potholes and generally shitty outback roads — basically the exact sort of terrain where you’d normally want a 4WD.Naturally, we’ll be doing it in a cheap shitbox instead. What could possibly go wrong? If you know Paul and I......then plenty!

Our fundraising goal is 10k and the donations are going to a great cause.

CAIRNS DARWIN 3,400 km in a $1,500 car FUELISH BEHAVIOUR

Fuelish Behaviour are driving a $1,500 car from Cairns to Darwin to raise money for Cancer Council

They're doing what!?

Shitbox Rally is a 7-day challenge like no other. Participants drive cars worth no more than $1,500 through some of Australia's most stunning (and often rugged) landscapes, all in support of cancer research. It's not a race — it's a challenge and more importantly, a celebration of the power of community.

Yes, the cars break down, and yes, there are plenty of unexpected twists along the way, but that's all part of the fun.

The rally is designed to be a colourful and unpredictable experience, where teams travel in small groups, helping each other along the way.

And when the day's drive ends, we gather around the campfire, share stories, and reflect on the day's achievements.

This event brings together people who have been impacted by cancer in different ways — whether it's through their own battles or through loved ones. Together we'll make memories that last a lifetime while supporting the fight against cancer.
